2. Your order
Bodyxtacy and Romance only sells products to adults through the Website. By purchasing a product using the Website, you represent to Bodyxtacy and Romance that you are an adult and that you are authorized to make the purchase using the credit card or other payment information you provide. 5. Product availability
Once Bodyxtacy and Romance accepts your order, it will attempt to promptly fill the order subject to available inventories. Should an item not be available, we will email you with suggestions for alternate product suggestions, but if none of these are acceptable to you, we will cancel your order at your request.
6. Terms of payment
The purchase price for the products ordered by you is due prior to the shipment of your order. In case the payment is not received within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation, Bodyxtacy and Romance has the right to cancel your order.
7. Delivery and reservation of title
The products ordered by you will be held at our store or sent to you at the address entered by you through a delivery service selected by us. You agree that the products ordered and sent to you remain Bodyxtacy and Romance's property until we have received full payment for them.
8. Assignment and Governing Law
You may not assign your contractual rights under these Terms and Conditions to a third party except with Bodyxtacy and Romance's prior written consent.
By using this Website, you agree that the laws of Jamaica shall govern these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Website, and that any dispute related to such shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
